starbali terms and condition

1. The price exclude PPN VAT 10%
2. Billing date is every 5th of the month paid in advance, you need to pay monthly billing to start the service every month
3. Data transfer limit means upload and download traffic per day, if you use all the limit today, it will restart every 24.00 o'clock, so that you can connect with new limit that day
4. Cannot send files more than 1 Mbyte, you need to divide the files into few smaller files, then send it
5. NIGHTO package means, the connection can be used only at 18.00 - 8.00 ( 6 o'clock in the afternoon until 8 o'clock in the morning )
6. All equipments belong to Starbali and will refund the money Rp. 1.000.000,- if the customer resign within 6 ( six ) months and Citramedia will take all installed equipments
